What sets Ultralite apart from other weightloss programs?
Developed
by Naturopath Tony LeVannais, the Ultralite weight loss system has
become a leader in Austraila with 500 clinics and over 500,000 clients
having completed the program.
1. It was created with total health in mind, not just losing weight.
2. Only health practitioners can guide someone through the Ultralite program
because no one person has the same body chemisty and reactions as the
next. For the highest degree of safety and success, people receive
tailored programs and coaching within a medical clinic. Often, in the
process of eating healthfully, other health imbalances are discovered
and are treated, i.e., hypoglycemia, diabetes, and hormone imbalances,
etc..
3. Research studies have shown that personal coaching greatly improves outcomes on any weightloss or health program.
The personal attention you receive allows you to easily navigate
through potential roadblocks as well as gives you the motivation to
succeed.
4. The program is based on normal foods
and is supplemented with packets. The ultralite experience is without
hunger or cravings. Natural energy and satiation is found in a certain
level of ketosis as is steady, but safe fat (not muscle) loss.
5. The Ultralite program is about more than food.
Acid/alkaline balancing, fatty acid levels, hydration, muscle toning,
attitude, and new ways to be sensitive to and understand one's body
help make the ultralite process more than just a diet. The result is
the discovery of a strong, vibrant body.
6. Once at the goal weight, a transitional program helps lock in the new habits and acheivements.
