Lea has been involved in the wellness field for over 30
years. She has run a medically
supervised weight management and nutritional coaching practice for over 7
years. Her BA is in Biology from University
of California/Santa Cruz and her coaching certification is from WellCoaches,
Inc. Her practice draws on a myriad of
behavior change modalities, tailoring each session according to what is most
important for the client at that moment. Sessions are available by phone or in person.
